I have been and am a member of different research groups: HUM (472), Fundación Centra Migration Group, member of the European Sociological Association (ESA) and The Society for the Advancement of Socio-Economics (SASE) Spanish Federation of Sociology (FES).

I have been a guest researcher at various internationally renowned research and teaching centers, among others, Fernando Pessoa University, University of Antwerp, National University of Tucumán, Center Nacional Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), University of Ann Arbor (Michigan, USA) Holguín (Cuba), Guadalajara (Mexico).
